Shipping policy

Shipping can take anywhere between 4-12 days. 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Sistique Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.

If a customer believes their package is lost/stolen, Sistique Couture will confirm the delivery with the carrier using the address provided including tracking and delivery date. 

If your tracking shows as delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to request assitance/updates.  Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the shipping carrier.
